Scope of work
These terms cover emergency and repair plumbing work carried out by Buffalo Emergency Plumber within our published service area.
Estimates and pricing
Work is quoted job by job rather than from a published rate card, because cost depends on the size and severity of the job. An estimate is given before work begins, and where opening the work up changes its scope, the work stops and a revised figure is given before it continues.
Access and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the work area. Where a property is unsafe to enter, live electricity in standing water, a suspected gas leak not yet made safe by the utility, we may need to wait for the relevant authority before starting.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
